Our Management's goals, shared by the entire company, to consolidate and develop its market and quality management system are regularly adapted to meet ongoing development introduced by company improvement and progress.

The main goals established by our Management are to reinforce national and international markets in order to make the operating priorities of developing products and services essential for Customer satisfaction and loyalty.

These goals can only be achieved by focusing on internal aspects that increasingly involve company functions in stages and an internal customer/supplier policy, by minimising the number of faulty products using continuous control from acceptance to the end product, by maximising the result of each internal function, by including suppliers in product development, and by involving the entire company in ongoing improvement.

Furthermore, our Management is always committed to improving the work environment, safety and the prevention of pollution by continuously increasing in-house awareness and using new technology.
Durante & Vivan has added an environmental management system to its quality management system to obtain ISO 14001 certification.
